The brief
Originally called Habitat Homes, the client needed a new identity to reflect a sharper proposition: accessible property management with a city-style approach. The rebrand had to differentiate Levaro Homes in a saturated East London and West Essex market, where most competitors leaned into generic wordmarks and traditional estate styling.
The goal was to create a bold, contemporary brand that reflected the founder’s journey—from corporate London property to rooted, community-focused service
What did I do?
I led the full identity development—from strategic direction to execution. Inspired by the founder’s personal story, I created a logo that blends three landscapes: city towers (her corporate past), a suburban home (her move home), and rural fields (the landscape she now serves) .
I designed a visual system with a bold emblem, warm color palette, and flexible brand assets that could scale across everything—from site boards and business cards to digital platforms and shopfront signage. I also created templates for web, stationery, and campaign slogans like Home Handled Levaro. We landed on a key tagline of "Managing your property with local care, and big-city know-how" positioning herself as a premium service to an accessible market.
What was the outcome
The new Levaro identity launched in early 2025 and immediately stood apart in the local market. The emblem-based mark became a key differentiator in an industry crowded with serif-heavy wordmarks. It helped build recognition, trust, and professional credibility for a small but growing business.
Within weeks of launch, the rebrand contributed to new landlord leads, strong word-of-mouth, and improved local visibility—establishing Levaro as a standout name in its niche.
